Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Any premium or expedited shipping options, when available, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, AuraLux Beauty & Self Care is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

AuraLux Beauty & Self Care is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.

If tracking indicates a package was delivered but it cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

International shipping availability may vary and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
