At AuraLux Beauty & Self Care, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Due to hygiene and personal care considerations, products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns will be provided with the correct return address and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used personal care products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale

• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
