At AuraLux, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personal care reasons, products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
